NOTICE that I, Florbela of the House of Da Costa, have an Affidavit of Obligation – Security by way of a lien against, and therefore an interest in, the personal estate of Sr. José Manuel Lopes dos SANTOS CORREIA, in the position of Comandante-Geral da Guarda Nacional Republicana (GNR)., for the amount of two hundred and five million Euros (€205,000,000.00 EUR).
