This is a notice of a formal and agreed Lien by way of a resolution for the criminal offenses of Fraud and Malfeasance in the office of claimant MR RISHI SUNAK.

NOTICE that I, Baron Paul of the House of Briggs, have an Affidavit of obligation – Security by way of a Lien against, and therefore an interest in, the personal estate of MR RISHI SUNAK in the position of Member of Parliament for HM Parliament and Government Company/State for the amount of Fifteen Million Pounds (£15,000,000.00).
