This is a notice of a formal and agreed Lien by way of a resolution for the criminal offenses of Fraud and Malfeasance in the office of claimant MR JOHN ROBINS.

NOTICE that I, Baron Paul of the House of Briggs, have an Affidavit of obligation – Security by way of a Lien against, and therefore an interest in, the personal estate of MR JOHN ROBINS in the position of Chief Constable for West Yorkshire Police for the amount of Seventy-Five Million Pounds (£75,000,000.00).
