NOTICE that I, Baron Wayne of the House of Gonsalves, have an Affidavit of Obligation – Security By Way of a Lien against, and therefore an interest in, the personal estate of Mr. Alex Dewsnap in the Position of CEO of Harrow Council for the amount of sixty million pounds (£60,000,000.00 GBP).
