NOTICE that I, Baroness Lynsey of the House of Beswick, have an Affidavit of Obligation – Security By Way of a Lien against, and therefore an interest in, the personal estate of Mr NICK GOODWIN in the Position of CEO for HM COURTS AND TRIBUNALS SERVICE, for the amount of ninety-five million pounds (£95,000,000.00 GBP).
